We recheck every listed endpoint against Coinbase's own validator continuously, oldest first. If you are about to pay one, you can find out first for a cent.

GitHub publishes its REST API as a 13 MB OpenAPI document: 819 paths, 1,239 operations, about 3.2 million tokens. It exists so machines can read it and is far larger than any context window. Give this a spec URL and a question and it returns the operations that answer it, with method, path, required parameters, auth schemes and response codes. On that document the answer is around 460 tokens.

Ask whether a resource conforms before you send it money. A listing that fails validation is one that may take the payment and not deliver. The free call tells you whether we hold a current verdict and when it was checked; the verdict itself is the cent.

The most damaging one is not in that table. An endpoint that answers a bare GET with 400 because a parameter is missing fails returns_402 and cannot be catalogued at all, however correct it is for real requests. Indexers fetch the bare URL.

Every route has a free /preview returning the verdict and counts, so you can tell whether the paid call is worth making before making it.
Call any paid route without payment and you get HTTP 402 with the terms in a base64 PAYMENT-REQUIRED header: USDC on Base, eip155:8453. Sign an EIP-3009 transfer authorization and resend it in PAYMENT-SIGNATURE. You get the answer plus a settlement receipt in PAYMENT-RESPONSE.
